FAQ

How do I get my tracks to you?

If the size of the project isn’t too large then you can zip your session files and transfer over the net. WeTransfer.com is a free, quick and reliable service. If your session is large then send a portable hard drive through the post.

What do I need to supply?

This will vary depending on the nature of the project. If your project was tracked in Cubase or Pro Tools then you can send the song file along with session data. Alternatively send WAV or AIFF files of each track exported from “bar one”.

How does the process usually work?

After a chat via phone or email to discuss your needs I will request the files in a format suitable to start the project. Once draft mixes have been completed then I will share via email. Tweaks and changes can be discussed and implemented. Once the final mixes have been completed and approved the tracks will be supplied in the formats you require.

How much will it cost?

There are many factors that contribute towards the amount of time it takes to mix a track. The cost will vary based on the estimate of how long it will take to complete the project. Therefore I don’t publish a rate list. Please get in contact to discuss your needs and obtain a quote.

What happens if I have tweaks or suggestions?

Bring it on. I’ll work with you until we are both happy.
